Jo is a communications leader with more than 20 years’ experience, specialising in sustainability, corporate responsibility, stakeholder engagement, community relations and crisis management.  Jo has had wide ranging experience across energy, infrastructure and mining industries and has worked for major global and Australian organisations, as well as for government.  

Jo currently leads the Community and First Nations program for a major Australian energy company.  Through this role, Jo works closely with a range of not-for-profit organisations in driving positive business and social outcomes.

As a parent and local resident, Jo has been involved with the centre since 2020, utilising the Maternal Childcare Services, day care and kindergarten services. 

Jo joined the board in 2024.
