Carly Molloy

Carly brings extensive experience in public health research, service innovation, and governance to her role as Vice President of the Bubup Womindjeka Board. With a PhD in health sciences and a career spanning leadership roles in research and evaluation, Carly has worked to improve health and wellbeing outcomes for children and families through evidence-based programs and cross-sector collaboration.

She is currently Head of the Bolton Clarke Research Institute, where she leads research focused on aged care, community health, and implementation science. Carly is passionate about creating equitable opportunities for children in their early years and supporting services that strengthen families and communities.
